data processing addendum

this addendum forms part of the agreement between ktech mobile pte. ltd. ("processor") and the customer ("controller") and applies whenever we process personal data on the controller's behalf.

subject matter

we process personal data only to provide the service as described in the agreement and on documented instructions from the controller.

security measures

we maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular backups.

sub-processors

we use a limited list of sub-processors for hosting, email and monitoring. an up-to-date list is available on request and we notify the controller of changes.

breach notification

we notify the controller of any personal data breach without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

international transfers

where personal data is transferred outside its country of origin, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
