these terms govern your access to the websites and products operated by ktech mobile pte. ltd. by using our services you agree to them.

use of the service

you must use the service in compliance with applicable law and the documentation. you are responsible for the accounts created under your organisation.

intellectual property

the service, including all software and content provided by us, is owned by ktech mobile and licensed to you on a non-exclusive basis for the duration of your subscription.

warranty & liability

the service is provided "as is". to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

termination

either party may terminate the agreement for material breach not cured within 30 days. on termination your access ends and we delete your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of singapore.
